Blank Black is a great template for monitors and dashboards where you don't need to see price information. You can change the black background to any other colour by right clicking on the chart and selecting "Properties".
 
No Grid is my favourite chart set up with black and white candles and a gray background. This way indicators with coloured lines, arrows etc show up better.
 
Last, the colour blind template is suitable for people with red/green colour blindness.
